E-Z® Wall Trim

Water resistant and easy to install, the E-Z® wall trim offers a protective and stylish finish to your unit.

Clarion’s E-Z® Wall Trim is made of a composite material that is impervious to water. It can be attached to all of our units with silicone caulking, finish nails or screws (see below for details). E-Z® Trim can also be painted to match your decor, and comes pre-mitered at a 45° angle for a nicer finish and a quicker installation. It can be trimmed to fit with a utility knife. After installing your new Clarion tub or shower unit in to your prepared pocket, you can complete your installation by trimming out the attachment flanges with Clarion Bathware’s E-Z® Wall Trim Kit. The E-Z® Wall Trim is available in Standard (TKEZ) or Large (TKEZL) kits. If the depth of the unit (BH or CH) is greater than 38”, a Large E-Z® Wall Trim Kit will need to be used. It is also available untrimmed, quick trimmed and with a custom fit option.

(in most kits this is one piece with both ends mitered)

Horizontal back piece (Qty 1) – (A)

No ends are mitered, will need to be trimmed to fit*. Recommended trimming profile for horizontal back piece (A)

How to Install the E-Z Trim Kit

1. Measure and cut the horizontal back piece (A) to fit along the back wall of the shower unit and against the dry wall finish. Install using preferred technique.

2. Install both horizontal side pieces (BH & CH) along the side walls of the shower unit and against the dry wall finish with the edge angled end facing the front opening of the shower. The back of these pieces will need to be trimmed to fit prior to installation. They are intentionally left long for construction variances.

3. Finally install the vertical side pieces over the front flanges of the shower unit. The bottom of these pieces will need to be trimmed to fit prior to installation. They are intentionally left long for construction variances.

*Note: Additional trimming with a saw or sharp knife will still be required to allow for a proper fit.
